Beavermead Construction Limited is a full-service General Contractor specializing in Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Municipal Stipulated Sum Contracts and Construction Management Contracts. They are a third-generation family run and operated business that was Founded by Albert J.W. Kraetzer in 1965 as Beavermead Construction Co. Limited. In 1991 the second-generation took over with John A. Kraetzer in leadership, and in 2023 leadership was passed to the third generation, Aaron A.W. Kraetzer, B.B.A. They have been in operation for over 61 years and are proudly pre-qualified as a General Contractor for Trent University!
